Medium palate is led by firm, stony acidity and yields underripe yellow apple (Sauvignon Gris dominance showing), lime zest, and dried flowers. Finish is moderately long. This uncommon balance of SG, Semillon, and SB makes for a wonderfully Southwest-oriented Bordeaux Blanc. It’s ready for fuller-bodied white fish and poultry or soft to medium cheeses.
