(472 views) | | Tasted by gnsti on 7/7/2023 & rated 92 points: 블라인드로 받은 와인 색깔은 까쇼의 짙은 붉은 색인데 체리, 자두, 딸기같은 향이 나서 혼란스러웠다. 시간이 지나자 초콜릿 같은 달콤함도. 잔당도 좀 있긴하지만 여느 미국같지 않고 밸런스 위주의 훌륭한 가성비 와인이었다. 산미, 바디감 모두 중상 입자 큰 타닌도 매력적 (590 views) | | Tasted by RLVas on 2/16/2023 & rated 91 points: A beautiful cab. Robust, full body, beautiful Napa fruits. This is great immediately and did not last long before it was finished off. I hope to repeat. (797 views) | | Tasted by mcflytfc on 9/22/2022 & rated 87 points: Didn't really enjoy this one, it's not bad, just not for me. Deep red in colour, nose is overpowered by the alcohol, big body, some baking spices, tannins are mild as is the acidity. (1086 views) | | Tasted by Hwis on 7/9/2022 & rated 95 points: 나파 까쇼의 전형적인 맛있는 맛 (1153 views) | | Tasted by KellyClick on 7/2/2022 & rated 90 points: Jammy, plump red fruit smooth. Some vanilla, mint on top end. (305 views) | | Tasted by bryon m on 6/24/2022 & rated 90 points: Good color and Body. Not as big as previous years. Upfront fruit. from middle to end a little smoke and leather. More interesting then the past. This is a fun bottle to drink. (801 views) | | Tasted by bryon m on 5/24/2022 & rated 90 points: Good color and body. Super soft, sweet fruit - enjoyable. With age this should be a little more interesting. Current sweetness prevents it from being really good. (774 views) | | Tasted by dave kammerer on 1/5/2022 & rated 85 points: Just OK, not much fruit, will not re-buy. (866 views) |

| Beringer Vineyards Producer websiteCabernet SauvignonCabernet Sauvignon is probably the most famous red wine grape variety on Earth. It is rivaled in this regard only by its Bordeaux stablemate Merlot, and its opposite number in Burgundy, Pinot Noir. From its origins in Bordeaux, Cabernet has successfully spread to almost every winegrowing country in the world. It is now the key grape variety in many first-rate New World wine regions, most notably Napa Valley, Coonawarra and Maipo Valley. Wherever they come from, Cabernet Sauvignon wines always seem to demonstrate a handful of common character traits: deep color, good tannin structure, moderate acidity and aromas of blackcurrant, tomato leaf, dark spices and cedarwood.
Used as frequently in blends as in varietal wines, Cabernet Sauvignon has a large number of common blending partners. Apart from the obvious Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the most prevalent of these are Malbec, Petit Verdot and Carmenere (the ingredients of a classic Bordeaux Blend), Shiraz (in Australia's favorite blend) and in Spain and South America, a Cabernet – Tempranillo blend is now commonplace. Even the bold Tannat-based wines of Madiran are now generally softened with Cabernet SauvignonUSAAmerican wine has been produced since the 1500s, with the first widespread production beginning in New Mexico in 1628. Today, wine production is undertaken in all fifty states, with California producing 84% of all U.S. wine. The continent of North America is home to several native species of grape, including Vitis labrusca, Vitis riparia, Vitis rotundifolia, and Vitis vulpina, but the wine-making industry is based almost entirely on the cultivation of the European Vitis vinifera, which was introduced by European settlers. With more than 1,100,000 acres (4,500 km2) under vine, the United States is the fourth-largest wine producing country in the world, after Italy, Spain, and France.California2021 vintage: "Unlike almost all other areas of the state, the Russian River Valley had higher than normal crops in 2021, which has made for a wine of greater generosity and fruit forwardness than some of its stablemates." - Morgan Twain-Peterson Napa Valley Napa Valley Wineries and Wine (Napa Valley Vintners)Napa ValleySt. Helena |
