Behind it is a somewhat muted fruit profile, but overall, the wine is balanced and pleasing, if not very focused. Vibrant acidity keeps it fresh and makes it a very good food wine. Overall, the wine is balanced and pleasing, if not necessarily very memorable, which, at $9 is not a bad deal. The petroleum, however, is the first thing that hits from this wine and it might put some people off. (786 views) |

There is plenty of citrus and tropical fruit, but the non fruit components are at least equal to the taste profile. Not that this is bad, this really is a very tasty wine, but not for everyone. There is lots of acid that cuts right through the palate. And, the finish brings flavors, not bad, that I have very rarely tasted before. (2313 views) |
