This is a bigger, bolder version of Gamay than is typically found in Beaujolais. Pairs great with food due to vibrant acidity. Quite high acidity, almost a tad much, would settle down with bit more bottle time. Unique, wonderful wine. try it and broaden your horizons. Nicely slippery on the palate, with a smidgen of remaining spritz, but still pretty simple , with some straightforward plummy fruit and balancing acidity. Will probably benefit from some bottle age.
