The palate is well-balanced, honeyed, and a certain fruitiness that is reminiscent of apples cider, pineapples, summer peaches, cooked pears and ends with a very satisfying and refreshing finish. Tastes a bit sweet. Stayed pleasurable through three evenings. I had it with chicken and broccoli one evening and also with shrimp. The tropical fruit nose of lychee and jackfruit was obvious but restraint at the same time. Medium bodied. Closer to dry than off dry. It has that typical slightly fruity/citrus flavor of an Alsatian wine but little depth of flavor.
