Vineyard: 100% Jasper Family Vineyard, 100% Russian River Valley, Clones: 115, 113, 667
Fermented dry, unfined and unfiltered
40% new French, 20% 1 year French, remainder neutral French. Blend of Bertranges, Nevers, Allier and Center forest wood, M and M+ toast, Allier was 3 year wood.
Approximately 10% whole cluster fermentation.
Inoculated with AMH, RC 212, BGY, W-S yeast in multiple open top fermenters.
Alcohol: 13.8%
