  April 2, 2009 - First nose makes me smile, I miss these kind of elegant scents very much. Nice clean, layers, wonderful typical Pauillac aroma. A little bit Mouton, Latour and Lafite are combined beautifully.
  
  Silky texture, well-balanced and 2-3 years too young, very classic taste and delicious. Superb !!
  
  Aftertaste...ah....fall so deep, powerful and long...very long finished...The best Pontet Canet I've ever had...This 2000 makes me wanna try 2003 and 2005 soon.
  
  Drink 2011 - 2023..............it's getting soft very fast when breath in the glass....be careful....
