  August 27, 2022 - Though still slightly reductive, this is a beauty of village Mosel showing slate and flint on the nose like the last time, but no smoke. It's not apple nor pear or melon, but seemingly a melange of these three fruits. A pale yellowish colour, this looks ideal in the last summer weekend heatwave in Riga for 2022. Again, I stress that this has an unmistakable Mosel signature. The mouth is still very crisp, precise and focused, yet not lengthy, nor concentrated, as I said before, but simply marvellously vibrant stuff for a village wine. Very good plus.
