9/1/22, 8:46 PM - Agreeing wholeheartedly. Recently enjoyed their Evdemon. And: tonight we will enjoy exactly this wine. My favourite region for whites has almost always been Sancerre. But the Evdemon changed my perception of white wine. Hoping that tonight will also be special :-)
