Plenty of fully ripe darker red fruit flavor - especially cherries. Initially tingly acid. Silky smooth texture on the palate. The elegance of Verduno fruit. Structure shows up on the back end with youthful grippy and slightly drying tannin in fair proportion. Good length. Balanced and ultimately quite easy going for so young a Barolo. This is extremely good and although personally I would wait ten years this has considerable early appeal. And a really good value still. To be bought in quantity.
