  December 24, 2022 - Nose: cinnamon, other baking spice (nutmeg, clove), cedar, some “green”. The nose comes off as very “warm”.
  
  Palate: layered, but very round (which muddies it a bit for me). Some butter, some saline.
  
  Overall the nose is amazing, especially during Christmas (I’d sniff the empty glass before every refill). I’m generally not a fan of round, lactic whites - but if someone does like that style, they’d probably really like this wine.
