  December 17, 2022 - Opened at Caprice in Hong Kong. P&P.
  
  Honestly, I wasn't too sure what to make of this. Drinking very nicely, but not quite what I expected. Mostly dominated by dry yellow fruit and floral notes; very little petrol if at all. The acidity was bright, but I also wouldn't describe it as fresh.
  
  For the price, go Keller GG instead. However, still an excellent Riesling and enjoyable to drink with a good friend.

  1/4/23, 6:49 AM - I adore Keller, but when Keller GG are long gone after 20-25 years, CSH starts to fully shine. CSH is IMHO one of the 3-5 best ageing DRY Riesling in the world.
