  January 22, 2023 - Fantastic classical riesling - just a hint of petrol on the nose to start, quickly replaced by beautiful lemony, white floral aromas. Backed up by the palate with some additional green apple flavors, great acidity that keeps the sweet fruit in check. Fantastic - I wish I had more.

  9/5/23, 4:45 PM - Couldn't agree more. Just consumed with braised pork chops, sauerkraut & apples. Dark toasted pumpernickel & whole grain mustard. Paired superbly.
