  May 1, 2009 - Very light to medium straw color...and on opening an immeadiate hit of yeasty dough on the nose...other wise a tight nose with light citrus notes and a sense of light minerals. Crisp, tight, and dry...with a rounded grip with time...but the dry edge never left. Sipped without food...but I could see where the right dish could develop this a little more.
