  February 16, 2023 - Still beautiful. Dark fruit on nose. Smooth, full bodied, chocolate, savory notes and brambles came to mind. No decant although probably will next time. Evolved in 30 min in glass to dark fruit, mild tannins and mild alcohol. Very balanced. Just plain delicious. I think it has several good years left.
