  January 27, 2023 - Peppery black raspberries and kirsch with olives and herbs coming in at the end of the nose. On the palate, the wine is fresh, spicy, elegant, and medium-bodied with a nice olive-tinted kirsch finish. The grapes are completely destemmed with a blend of mostly Grenache, with Mourvedre, Syrah and Cinsault. This will be quite nice to enjoy on release. Drink from 2023 - 2034
