March 9, 2023 - Not very pinot-like. It's a big, acidic, tannic wine that is pretty good as a wine but not as a Bourgogne.

3/21/23, 5:50 AM - I have bought some Hautes Côtes de Nuits 2020, much more balanced and fresh, these are rented vineyards, but same making as Roncevie.

3/21/23, 6:05 AM - Roncevie parcel is near the highway, directly below Chambertin itself. Actually Roncevie is split in two, one being a GC villages parcel, the other half being regional. And surrounded by excellent 1ere cru parcels.
