  March 13, 2023 - Second bottle of this, showing better than last time. My overall impression is of fine quality fruit struggling to escape from the vice-like grip of the oak - a delicious mid-palate marred by slightly bitter tannins on the finish.
  Will the fruit blossom with more age, or will it fade leaving the oak intact? Who knows?
