  April 7, 2023 - Dark red full body. Initial tasting was fairly simple slight acidity and soft tannins. After an hour or so, acidity was more muted replaced by rich wild black cherry and blackberry, forest ending with the subtle soft tannins. A lovely pairing with the grilled spicy Berbere rubbed leg of lamb steaks and baked french fries.
