  April 19, 2023 - 3h air. Deep ruby color. Blackberry, blackcurrant, pepper, potting soil, pencil shavings and bacon fat on the nose. Robust, dense, perhaps a bit extracted, black and blue fruit flavors. Velvety texture and firm chalky tannins. Promising!
