  May 31, 2023 - Color/App: lovely light/medium yellow gold core; high viscosity. Fabulous aromatics: yellow flowers, honeysuckle, coconut, pineapple and peaches and a drizzle of caramel running through it all. Still a bit of puppy fat on the palate that dazzles with citrus, nectarine and spicy botrytis. Fairly concentrated and very well put together; the best regular Coutet I can remember since the '75. Super long finish and while it could use a touch more acidity, this is fine and aging well. I'll give it another 5+ years to peak. 92 with upside still.
