Generously fruited, yet subtle, with a very suave mouthfeel, it is both a celebratory wine and one well suited to pairing with food, in our case that being some D'Artagnan European quails that had received a light applewood smoking on the grill. This wine is both versatile and hedonistic, a great balancing act.
