  June 23, 2023 - 15.3% abv. Dark clear garnet color. Nose became more closed over 1.5 hrs open, but still seductive and full of dark fruit. Wine needed 20 min for alc to blow off after opening, after that, it transformed into velvety smooth, sweet, rich, full bodied Pinot. Viscous, clear legs, threw some sediment. Finish is quite exotic, lasts a full minute. Under exceptional storage conditions I would definitely drink within 5 years - for my cellar this is at peak.
