  May 20, 2009 - Occasional tasting group: Just training our blind tasting skills. (@ PVa): Textbook and rustic Bordeaux. Little barnyard. Quite mature. There is good acidity and bitterness. The tannin is still firm, but it seems to be quite mature as well. The wine will probably stay on this level for some years, but I wonder if it will improve. At the moment it is a tempting and fairly complex wine with a good bite.
