  May 26, 2009 - This is serious high quality Chianti in need of time. This will benefit from cellaring until at least 2014. Could be considerably longer. Structure is all there with good tannic grip and acidic backbone. With considerable air it turns characteristically earthy with dark cherry peeking through. Serious stuff. Don't be quick to judge.
