  August 12, 2023 - Review for vintage laid in chalk 2017. Review of 5 bottles out of same lot, consumed over past three months.
  Mostly fresh green apples on the nose and palate. A splash of fresh spring and morning dew.
  PnP, the bubbles are ruckus, asking too many questions. Strongly suggest popping bottle and letting it rest in ice for an hour or three, then everything’s nice.
  Have a few boxes of this series (vintage) in storage and will let them rest a few years and see what develops.
