  October 9, 2023 - well this wine didn't evolve the way i thought it would... while it had the depth of flavor, complexity that GC chablis should have, it was acidic to the point of being shrill and really didn't have the flesh to balance that out... have to guess it was bottle variation. certainly no flaws.
