  October 20, 2023 - This is an excellent Sake. Smooth. Pure. High quality. Paired great with a variety of Chinese dumplings I made, and with the homemade oxtail Pho I made from scratch. A great way to celebrate a visit this weekend with Adie, Owen, Trevor and Kyra. I picked up this bottle in a Sake store in NYC while visiting Cate a few months back. Damn fine!! Buy and enjoy!!
