  July 12, 2023 - Burg vs Barolo Night (Meatsmith Telok Ayer): Medium pale ruby. A signature nose having a combination of florals, plums, brambles, and clove spices. Ripe, nearly stewed cherry, compote, and plums, as well as violets, autumn leaves, and forest floor, with a slight medicinal feel at the back. Lengthy, with waves of fruits, florals, and spices. Great wine!
