  October 28, 2023 - Pale gold in color. Poured right away, but I waited a few minutes for the initial nose to settle, and was left with a sort of floral, herbal, minerality on the nose. Acid and minerals led the first taste, with the fruit and oak coming in afterwards. Finish rather dominated by oak.
