  November 1, 2023 - Pale but vibrant yellow color. Minerals abound on the nose with lemon/lime notes. Precise and delightful on the palate, lemon, crushed seashells, hint of pepper. Rosemary notes creep in. Beautiful acidity, fabulous balance. A steely mouthfeel. Becomes brighter and shows more lemon notes with air. Finishes long, long with minerals, melons, lemons. Great wine and not even at peak. If you can wait, give it 2 to 3 more years. It will drink well for 6 to 8 years.
