Community Tasting Note

October 4, 2023 - Many previous notes apply so I won't go on and on again, but this is an excellent VP and still a outstanding qpr. If you don't get to it all, your children will thank you.

11/4/23, 11:04 AM - Several months ago I bought three bottles based mainly on your TN and consistent praise. When I open a bottle during the holidays this year it will be my first ever VP. The other two bottles are for 20+ years down the road, and as you say one bottle may well be gifted to my daughter. Cheers!

11/4/23, 6:23 PM - I was going to ask about that. They are 750 bottles so what would you suggest? I see you’ve decanted between a couple hours and 24+. Any advice? If it makes any difference, this will probably be consumed over several (3?) days. Cheers!

11/5/23, 9:13 AM - I think drinking this over several days is an excellent way to experience this wine. That said, a couple of hours to let some of the alcohol burn off would be a minimum, and longer won't hurt anything. You might also take a sip or two on opening so you've got a baseline for comparison. It will change over a few days. Enjoy.
