  November 6, 2023 - Golden yellow in color,and bottom quarter of cork wet, but still good. This is a very nice chardonnay, different from last time I had it 2 years ago. Acidity nice and helped wine to get to this point. Everything in balance, no one component dominated over the others. Nicely done. Next day the acidity made this wine taste juicer, which I liked. Following day became more tart, and don't believe it held up. But day after that It was good again but no where like the first and second day. Lemon seems to be the dominant flavor. Chardonnay seems like it is always acidic to me, but this was done very well. A very good chard, one of the best I've had from West Coast. Worth buying again and i'd have these now.
