  November 23, 2023 - my first thought was, "this can't be 23 years old". opens with aromatics of white flowers and a touch of petrol (petrol blew off quickly). light straw yellow in color with little to no oxidation. ripe apple, white peach, a touch of minerality, and adequate acidity. super enjoyable to drink. hard to believe this was a difficult year.
