  November 27, 2023 - Just wow - surely this is showing at its best now. Pale golden straw, but a huge nose of flowers, apples, pears, grass and lemon, that just begs you to hurry up and taste. Bright and rich on the palate, with the fruit almost imparting sweetness, and the acid carrying an extremely long finish (almost a minute?) bursting with citrus and apple cider.
