  December 5, 2023 - 12/4/23-Don't have much experience with pinot based champagnes, and this possibly may be my first one ever. Based on this showing it won't be the last. Popped and was good right out of the gate. Medium bubbles, steady, but ran out of steam fairly quick, like half hour in glass tops. But the fruit was great. Pinot and menieur made this juicy and succulent and tasty. These wines gave deeper body and heavier pleasant feel to this. The acid was restrained and in balance, and didn't outshine the fruit. I would buy this against without second thought. I definitely want one in the cellar but it's hard to find in these parts. I don't want to get carried away with ratings, but this is a solid 91 for me.
