  November 29, 2018 - A fine example of what makes Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire rightly famous. At 5 five years old, water bright, with inviting aromas of lemon and lime citrus plus meadow flowers. Enters the mouth with acidity that is upfront, lively, and concentrated. The swallow triggers a spike of fruit and acidity that coats the top of the mouth and endures throughout a long and mouthwatering finish. Delicious by itself and very food friendly.
