  December 18, 2023 - As we drink through our cellar, I’m finding that these Esprits drink like California blends in their youth (under 8 years) and take on a more elegant European disposition as they age. It’s been fun to see these TC Rhone blends evolve. This offering was ready to enjoy after a 90-minute decant. Food friendly and offering notes of black licorice, ripe cranberries and tobacco. Lovely, medium bodied and well integrated. Drink now to 2029. Worth Seeking Out.
