  December 22, 2023 - 54/20/20/6…Riesling/Pinot Noir/Pinot Blanc/Gewurtztraminer. Nicely aromatic, lychee, citrus fruit. Same on the palate, lean body, sweet and tart, along with a nice vinous character, I assume from the pinot noir. ~12%abv, crushable in the best way.
