  December 22, 2023 - I historically stay away from Napa whites, but this is different, in a great way. That said, it’s a bit on the muted side, and while delightful, seems more of a poolside sipper on a hot day (for my palette anyway). However, am looking forward to seeing how this evolves over the next year or two.

  12/25/23, 3:12 PM - Thanks for the note - I agree it's a great wine. Out of curiosity, what temp did you drink this at? I found it was much more expressive as it warmed up some.

  12/26/23, 11:52 AM - I had it stored at 55 degrees then a 10 min ride to a restaurant where it sat on the table for 30-60 min so I assume 65 - 70 degrees.
