December 27, 2023 - Possibly going through a “dumb phase”. Poured into a decanter and after an hour or so, the nose showed the faintest hint of Nebbiolo markers, I.e roses, tar, etc. nothing wrong on the palate, but nothing terribly exciting either. Tannins are softened and the acidity is w touch less prominent than I would expect. I don’t have any more but if I did, I wouldn’t know to drink or hold

12/28/23, 4:46 AM - This probably needed more like 12 hours in a decanter to show itself.
