  December 31, 2023 - My first time tasting a Chateau Suduiraut, and not my last. I took my first sip just before midnight on NYE from a 375ml bottle. This is a very tasty potion. I think that it has just the right amount of everything. It isn't too sweet, it isn't too heavy, and the acidity is just right. I think that it will need another ten years before hits it stride. Is it worth $35 a bottle? Oui Monsieur!
