  December 29, 2023 - Bordecembre no. 32 (Of a total of 43 all month of December!)
  
  60% Cab, 38% Merlot, 2% PV.
  
  Second wine of Ducru-Beaucaillou and 50% of all production. 2/3rds new oak.
  
  Blackberries and blackcurrant on nose which was initially tight, but give it some air and the mouthfeel improves to a silky feel.
  
  Crisp acid, medium tannins too. Third La Croix this year, thanks again to Leong for sharing this.
  
  Enjoyable dinner wine which seems to keep developing, best enjoyed after a quick full decant or an hour or two of bottle breathing time.
