  January 5, 2024 - Three years later, a wide spectrum of fruit - fresh, crisp, ripe and stewed. Yeast, floral and whipped cream notes too. Long finish. Complex and complete. Well balanced with a strong backbone of minerality and acidity. Showing signs of maturity.
  
  Drink or hold, but drink soon if you prefer a fresher fruit profile. However, I got this bottle from WineBid so who knows how it was stored before me.
