  June 18, 2009 - Wine Education Service - Fine Red Burgundy (Imperial College): Showing plenty of age.
  A very vegetal nose, peas with fungi, interesting and complex, with volcanic notes - and then the fruit comes through.
  There's still some fruit in the mouth, it's fairly smooth but with evidence of tannins, a bit of pepper comes in at the finish, this might improve over the next 3 to 5 years, medium length.
