  January 12, 2024 - Quite lovely. Chamomile and lime zest in the nose, and baked lemon pie on the palate with some brioche notes in the finish. Opens quickly in the glass; so a short decant would have been helpful. Both a food and sipping wine that gains depth the longer it’s in the glass. Drink now to 2030. Worth Seeking Out.
