  December 31, 2023 - Very nice right out of the bottle. food friendly. Great paired with a variety of holiday foods. Medium gamay fruit and low tannins, with medium acidity. Held together for several days in a vacuum corked bottle. Differs from its cousin Moulin a Vent. Soft, not flabby, and gives a bigger impression from the slight tartness of the gamay grape. Worthy of re-purchase. Aging? Maybe 2-5 years tops. Prefer to have this in its youth. A worthy 89 for me, more likely should be 90.
