  January 13, 2024 - Good cork and end stained like midnight. Deep aromatic and heady, thick, impressive somehow. Is it the grape or soil? 2 pm open, re-corked,, and trying later.
  20 minutes later. Wonderful full-bodied wine, lots on the palate, wonderfully crafted. Signature profile and full bodied and not heavy but substantial just the same. Unique profile that begs the next sip. Legs run fast, next wave medium, and not sure after that. Feel this in my upper chest. Not heartburn but just extract of grape. Ogress3 got nice take, concentrated and needs air. Second day has a hint of cabernet taste. Fruit more apparent. Feels ready now but can go perhaps five years more. Had I another would give three. Car!isle delivers a good wine.
