February 9, 2024 - Nose: Quince, apple peel, flowers, dried mint.
Palate: Bruised apple, membrillate, honey, kombu, lemon juice. Salty. Light grip. Very high acidity balances the sugar. Acid scalds my tongue like eating too much pineapple. Finish is savory and goes on and on.2 people found this helpful 1,855 views
