  February 9, 2024 - Made in honor of the Work’s dog, this eponymous wine is an occasional cuvée of blended vintages. It’s a warm weather Syrah delivering flavors of blackberry, smoke, black pepper with a finish of coffee. Nice length. The tannins are integrating and evolving. Loads of life left in this wine. It should continue to age well. Some sediment. Five (5) barrels made. Purchased Jan. 2023. 14% alc. With assorted cheeses and country ham. 02.09.24. Recommended.
